What to write about
- A number that changed. If a guideline, a published threshold, a poison line’s number or fee, or a survey a calculator uses has changed, send the link to the source’s own page. Confirmed changes go into the calculators and the updates list on Data and sources.
- Corrections. Include the page address and, if you can, a source. Confirmed factual errors are fixed and noted on the page, as described in the Editorial Policy.
- A dataset question — about our growth tables, how they were derived or their licences.
- Problems with a calculator. Tell us which calculator, your browser, the values you entered and what you expected to see. Example values are enough.
- Questions a guide doesn’t answer, and calculators you wish the site had.
- Privacy requests to access, correct or delete personal information, or to opt out of sale or sharing. See the Privacy Policy and Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
- Copyright notices. The procedure is in the Terms of Use.
What we can’t help with
We can’t give veterinary, medical or nutritional advice about an individual animal, and we can’t diagnose, prescribe or recommend a dose. Puppy Scale is not a veterinary practice and is not connected to any poison-control service. For questions about your pet, talk to your vet.

When to expect a reply
We aim to reply within five business days. Privacy requests are answered within the time the applicable law allows, and we will tell you if we need more time.
